(“we” “us” “our”) ABN 23 119 642 992 with the registered place of business in Sydney, Australia.  This is a privacy policy in relation to our relationship with travel agents.

Information Collection and Use

A Rendezvous ‘Just for Singles’ values your privacy and takes care in protecting your business and personal information. In the course of doing business, you provide us with business and personal information. The following policy states this information we collect and store from you, and how we use it so you are assured of our attention and adherence to strict privacy policy.

When you book a holiday with us on behalf of a client you acknowledge that by using this website and/or by booking a tour through us you consent to the terms set out in our privacy policy.

Contact information
To offer our services and conduct business with you we will require some personal and business information from you which can include but is not limited to: your first name and surname, your agency name and e-mail, address and telephone number/s and some business banking details for the purpose of commission payments to you. We also require your agency Travel Agents License Number.

We may also request some information from you for other general purposes including; submitting an enquiry whether by email phone, fax, post or in person, providing feedback and general comments on our business and to subscribe to a publication we distribute.
Your Clients Data Collection
In addition to the data collected for your business we must collect data provided by you on behalf of your client/s.  We will use this information to provide the specified holiday.

Client information required includes the following but is not limited to this information: full names, passport details, address details, telephone number/s, an email address, emergency contact information, date of birth. In addition it may be required that your client provide details of any pre-existing medical conditions and other sensitive information including special dietary requirements. As our holidays are created by age groups we may request proof of age from your clients in the form of a copy of photo identification containing their date of birth.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We share your clients information with tour operators to provide our holidays. We also may be required to share this information with public authorities and otherwise as permitted by law.

We may only share information with third party providers contracted by us to provide various services for A Rendezvous ‘Just for Singles’  such as marketing service providers to perform promotional campaigns, market research, advertising.  These companies are also required to adhere to our privacy policy and may not use your information for any other purpose other than to provide services for our company in relation to our products and services.

Also, in order to provide the services of our company we may share some of your information with the following third party providers for the following reasons:

  1. Credit card processing and payment companies. When paying by credit card we pass your card details to our payment provider for the payment transaction and authorization and they are wholly responsible for the data collection and security of your credit card details.
  1. Other third parties as required by law.
  2. Website use analysis which requires provision of non personal data.
  3. Organisations outside of Australia, such as tour operators for the purpose of providing the tour. This information may not have the same level of legal protection as does Australia however it’s necessary we provide this information in order for the tour to be provided.

Access to your Information
You can access your travel agency information by using your account login and password you created when you signed up via our website.  All other information collected through the course of general business as detailed above in ‘other data collection’ can be accessed by contacting agents@arendezvous.com.au and requesting this information is provided or calling 1300 653 692 Monday to Friday during business hours.


Opting Out of Holiday Alerts and Other Promotion Communications
At the time of booking we ask if your clients would like to join our Holiday Alert List. By subscribing to this list they will receive emails advising them of new holidays and other holiday news. Your client has the option to opt out of this list by
sending us an email to the contact information below. Your clients are provided access to our privacy policy in full on our website or making a request to us to obtain details of our privacy policy.

Storage and security of personal information
All information is stored either on the A Rendezvous ‘Just For Singles’ database that is housed by a third party Australian web hosting company Net Registry or on the in-house systems of A Rendezvous ‘Just for Singles’.  All measures are taken to safeguard this information including; physical, technical and procedural safeguards.

Information Analysis

We use Cookies to monitor which parts of the site are most interesting to you. A cookie does not identify any personal information and you can select not to receive a cookie file by enabling your Web browser to refuse cookies or prompt before accepting a cookie. However, by refusing to accept a cookie you may not be able to access some of the services offered by A Rendezvous ‘Just for Singles’.
