TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Win a Club Med Holiday

1. Information on prizes & how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
   
2. The promoter is A Rendezvous for Singles  (“we” and “us”) of PO Box 1717 Potts Point NSW 1335 (ABN 23 119 642 992).
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia but excludes residents of Australian Capital Territory and South Australia.  Entrants must be aged 24 years or over at the time of entry. Entry is not permitted by directors, officers, management, employees and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees and other staff) of the promoter or of its related companies, suppliers and agencies associated with the competition.
4. The competition commences 6 February 2009 and closes 29 May 2009.  Entries must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight NSW local time 29 May 2009. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
5. To enter, entrants must refer at least one friend to the competition using our ‘tell a friend’ feature provided on the online entry form and complete the online competition entry form.  There is one entry for every referred friend to a maximum of five entries.
6. The total prize value is $2708. The prize is three nights, run of house twin share room for two persons staying at Club Med Lindeman Island, Whitsundays with all meals included plus return boat transfers Hamilton Island to Lindeman Island and $400 cash towards airfares. The cash payment of $400 is reimbursed to the prize winner on presentation of proof of airfare purchase for the prize redemption to Club Med Lindeman Island. The winner must redeem their prize no later than 30 April 2010.  The prize is not valid for dates of stay at Club Med Lindeman Island during school holidays or public holidays. The Club Med Lindeman Island booking can only be confirmed 60 days prior departure and is subject to room availability at this time.
7. The prize draw will be a computerised draw using the Microsoft Excel Random Number formula and it will take place 3pm NSW local time 4 June 2009 at Suite 106, 46A Macleay St, Potts Point NSW 1335. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. Winners will be notified by email by Tuesday 9 June 2009 and the winner’s first name, age and state will be published on our website; www.arendezvous.com.au.  The prize-winner is required to send proof of identification to claim their prize and to prove they are of 24 years or over. The promoter may also request proof of residency.
8. If the prize is unclaimed within three (3) months from the draw date, a second ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will be drawn 3pm New South Wales local time 31 August 2009.
9. Entries for this competition are valid on the official formats only. Entries may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be declared void if not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and can not be redeemed for cash. Entries become the property of the Promoter.
11. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, will not be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect/consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the competition &/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Entry shall be deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants also grant the Promoter approval to use their first name, age and state of residence to announce the winner on our website or customer newsletters without further reference, or payment, or compensation to the entrant.
    
13. Your personal information is collected so that we can administer this competition. If you do not give us your personal information you cannot enter the competition. Your personal information may be disclosed to our contracted service providers who help us administer this competition. You may request access to your personal information while it is stored by us and we will assess your request as required by law. Reasons will be given, if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the office of the Promoter.
    
14. The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize substitutions or cancel this competition without notice.
