^ Flight Information: with Qantas Airways
- The price quoted is with Qantas. The price may vary. It is contingent on fares being available in the booking class that was used for the purpose of providing the quoted price. If this fare sells out, the price may increase above the price quoted above. Tickets will not be ticketted until the minimum number of passengers for the tour is reached. Full payment for the air ticket component must be paid before air tickets will be issued. See Flight Itinerary on Itinerary page.
- If a promotional fare (at a lower price) becomes available we will pass on the details of this fare at the time finalising your air ticket with payment.
- The flight quoted is available ex Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide. An add-on fare is required for departures from other cities and the price will be quoted on request. The airfare provided in the full package is subject to change and availability at the time of payment. Requests for airfares with other airlines available.
- Departure and return dates from/to Australia to/from Europe are flexible, including stop overs if booked before flight confirmed (subject to availability). Please make request when you submit your booking. An amendment fee of $75 applies.

Airport transfers are provided for one group arrival and one group departure as per the flight itinerary published on the holiday website.. Passengers who have not booked the flight with A Rendezvous

Payments:
Methods of payment include direct bank deposit, credit card (merchant service fees applies) or cheque.
Details of payment methods will be provided with a booking confirmation.

Approximately an additional $610 per person in addition to the tour prices. |

In the circumstance that the holiday does not confirm 25 fully paid guests by 10 July 2008 either a surcharge of $200 per person will apply to proceed or the Holiday can be cancelled. The outcome is dependant on the final group size. |

A room mate matching (RMM) service fee of $35 for RMM bookings |
| Tipping: |
Tipping is customary on European tours. Please budget for tipping your tour bus driver, tour director and local guides. Guideline rates are:
US$4 per day for tour director, US$2.50 per day for driver and a local guide US$2 a day |
