Deposit:	Each participant is subject to a deposit of $500 per person to confirm your booking, of which a minimum of $300.00 is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. (see full cancellation policy terms)
Bookings Close Date:	After Thursday 26 March 2009 subject to room availability.
Final Payment Date:	After Friday 27 March 2009 full payment required to confirm booking.
Other Payment:	A room mate matching (RMM) service fee of $35 for RMM bookings
Airfare Quote	$25 fee applies to obtain a flight quote, due in advance. This fee is deducted from total service fee due if you proceed with the flight quote.
