Day 01   Thursday 26 November 2009
Check in time is 2pm. If you arrive earlier and the resort can't offer an early check-in they will store your luggage until check-in.  This afternoon, enjoy the resort facilities at your leisure.  Later this afternoon, there's the ideal start to your holiday with a sunset cruise on the Tall Ship along the Broadwater, before heading out for our group dinner.

2:00pm          Check in time.

4:30pm          Group Meets

4:45pm          Sunset cruise, Marina Mirage.
1 welcome drink and canapés are included. A cash bar is open for all other drink purchases

6:30pm          Cruise ends

6:45pm          Dinner at Omeros Bros, Marina Mirage. A sumptuous three course seafood dinner.
Vegetarian and non-seafood options available.

9:00pm          After dinner, a local bar (as organised by your host).

At check-in:  At check-in you are required to provide a credit card which will be pre-authorised by the resort for an amount to cover charges to your room. It's held for any incidental charges incurred during your stay.  For any unused portion at check out it's released.

Day 02   Friday 27 November 2009 - Optional Day Out @ Sea World
Sea World entry plus lunch $79.00 per person.

Enjoy a leisurely full buffet breakfast at the resort.

Today we've organised an optional group activity for a day out at Sea World including a delicious buffet lunch at Sea World Nara resort. Sea World is just up the road from the resort and to keep the day leisurely we will meet in the lobby mid morning and wander up to Sea World. There's a whole stack of attractions at Sea World including shows and rides. 

Of course, if Sea World is not your thing you could just relax at the resort or enjoy one of the many other Gold Coast attractions including amusement parks and shopping.

Tonight, we've organised the ideal Friday night venue for our Gold Coast getaway with waterfront dining at Saks Restaurant and Bar, Marina Mirage followed by lived entertainment from 9pm.
               

10:00am        Depart resort for Sea World, Sea World Drive.

10:15am        Sea World with lunch

6:30pm          Pre dinner drinks and dinner at Saks Restaurant and Bar, Marina Mirage.

Day 03   Saturday - Winery Tour
Enjoy a leisurely full buffet breakfast at the resort.

Mid morning, we venture out for half day fully escorted winery tour to the Gold Coast Hinterland.  We will tour three renowned wineries and enjoy a sumptuous two course lunch at one of the Hinterland wineries. The tour includes all the tasting fees and there will be cheese and crackers served between wineries.

It's Saturday night on the Gold Coast. A chance to meet up for some pre dinner drinks and then we head out for our included group dinner. Your host will have an after dinner venue organised for everyone in the group who wants to keep the night going.

10:30am        Depart the resort for the winery tour
12:00pm        A two course lunch at a winery
5:00pm          Return to the resort

6:45pm          Pre dinner drinks at the resort
7:15pm          Dinner on Tedder Avenue, Main Beach

9 - 9:30pm    After dinner, local bar (as organised by your host)

Day 04 - Sunday 29 November 2009
Enjoy a leisurely full buffet breakfast at the resort.

Enjoy a leisurely full buffet breakfast at the resort. Today is at your leisure to enjoy the resort or take part in a local tour, visit nearby attractions or take some time out for shop Gold Coast shopping. 

For true indulgence, experience the infamous 6 star Palazzo Versace hotel High Tea. It's optional, at $32 per person (bookings necessary).  We'll meet together as a group in the evening for pre dinner drinks and our final group dinner at the resort.

1pm             Optional High Tea @ Palazzo Versace. 
                   $32 per person or $43 with sparkling wine. Payment will be direct the venue.

3pm             A lazy Sunday afternoon - Saks afternoon drinks and entertainment.
6:15pm        Pre dinner drinks
7:00pm        Dinner at the resort
