Getting There

TOUR START/END:
The tour starts and ends in London, England. We have included 1 pre tour night (5 August 2011) and 1 post tour night (25 August 2011) at the London group hotel.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Flight itineraries must be sent via email or post at a minimum of 28 days prior to departure to qualify for the included airport transfers from London Heathrow airport.

You must book any additional pre and/or post tour group hotel nights through us to qualify for the airport to hotel transfers.

Arrival Transfer London Heathrow to Group Hotel
An airport to group hotel transfer is provided with your tour package. 

Departure Transfer Group Hotel to London Heathrow
For all passengers departing from the group hotel a transFer to the airport is included.

Details:

  • Transfers are a shuttle service.
  • Passengers will be picked up and dropped off in time to meet their flights to London Heathrow only.
  • Return transfers departfrom the hotel that has been booked by Trafalgar
  • The Shuttle Service is provided by Hotel by Bus, the operator selected by Trafalgar tours.
  • The transfers are operated 24hours a day/ 7 days a week.


AIRFARES:
Airfares are in addition to the tour price and are quoted separately at the time you are ready to book and pay for your airfare. You may select your airline of preference.

Travel dates: you may choose to travel as per the tour dates or you may elect to have additional nights of stay pre or post the tour dates.
