  • All flight quotes are subject to change until your ticket is paid in full.
  • Flights are not ticketed until the minimum number of passengers for the tour is reached. Once the minimum number of passengers has been reached you will be advised and your flight quote will be reconfirmed.
  • Full payment for the air ticket must be paid prior to ticket issue.

Methods of payment include direct bank deposit, credit card (merchant service fees applies) or cheque.

Deposit: Each participant is subject to a non-refundable $570 deposit per person
Bookings Close Date: Two months prior to tour start date
Final Payment Date: Two months prior to tour start date
Other Payment: A room mate matching (RMM) service fee of $35 for RMM bookings
Tipping: Tipping is customary on European tours. Please budget for tipping your tour bus driver, tour director and local guides. Guideline rates are: US$4 per day for tour director, US$2.50 per day for driver and a local guide US$2 a day
