* Accommodation Hotels are quality 3 star or 4 star and in Hanoi, a 5 star hotel. Plus there's one homestay and one overnight cruise. ~Meals Hotel breakfasts are buffet style of western & local cuisine including cold & hot choices (always a great breakfast!) Lunches & dinners included in itinerary are at tourist class standards and mostly asian cuisine. Flight Information All prices quoted are subject to change and availability at the time of confirming your flight. Tickets will not be ticketed until full payment is received. Flights are quoted to arrive to Vietnam on day 1 of the tour and depart on the last day of the tour. If you wish to extend your stay in Vietnam or request a stop over to/from Vietnam please make this request at the time of booking. Flights departing outside of Australia are by your own arrangement.

Payments and Other Information:
Methods of payment include direct bank deposit, credit card (merchant service fees applies) or cheque.
Details of payment methods will be provided with a booking confirmation.

Deposit:	Each participant is subject to a non-refundable $575 deposit per person
Bookings Close Date:	Wednesday 25 February 2009...extended until 6 March 2009.
Final Payment Date:	Final monies due within 5 days of tour deposit.
Airfare Departure Tax:	Approximately $430 - $450 for flights ex-Australia.
Other Payment:	A room mate matching (RMM) service fee of $35 for RMM bookings.
Tipping Fund:	Tipping is customary. There is a compulsory tipping fund of US$65 per person, payable directly to your tour guide on commencement of the tour*. Your tour guide will take care of tipping hotel porters, the tour bus driver and driver assistants, local guides, boat crew, restaurant waiters for meals included in the itinerary and other miscellaneous tips for services while on your tour. The tipping fund does not include a tip for your tour guide and it is customary to tip your tour guide on completion of the tour. You should budget USD$2 per person per day for this tip.
