Transfer Services
If you book the group flight with Singapore Airlines, you will not require these services. These services are only required for persons travelling outside the group date and/or making their own travel arrangements.

 Note: this is a private service but may be shared with other members of our group if you are travelling on the same flights/times.

Airfares:
Airfares and airfare departure taxes are in addition to the prices quoted above. As a guide, you should budget between $1400 - $1600 including departure taxes for your flight ex-Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (overnight stay in Singapore required on Journey to Vietnam, additional hotel & airport transfer costs apply), Perth.

Hotels are a minumum of a quality 3 star hotel. In Hanoi, enjoy the five star, Sofitel Plaza hotel

Tipping Fund
A tipping fee is due and payable directly to the tour guide in US dollars on day 1 of the tour.  The tour guide manages the tips provided for service personnel related to the tour including but not limited to;  the tour bus drivers, boat crew, hotel porters, and waiters at restaurants included on the itinerary.  This tip does not cover the tip for the group tour guide. A tip for the tour guide is customary and highly recommend. This payment is at each passenger's discretion

Room Mate Match Service
You may request a room mate match to take advantage of the twin share rate. Room mate matches are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to provide you with a room mate match a single room will be offered at a reduced single supplement fee of only $390 (standard is $650).  

Travel Documents
Tour documentation will be issued approximately 3 weeks prior to travel by post. Electronic versions of your itinerary and flights if applicable will be issued by email at the time your confirm your tour and flights with payment.
