Lunches & dinners included in itinerary are at tourist class standards and mostly asian cuisine.

^ Flight Information Full payment for the air ticket must be paid before air tickets will be issued. An add-on fare is required for departures from other cities not included above and the price will be quoted on request. Airfares quoted above are indicative only and subject to change. The airfare provided with any booking quote is subject to change and availability at the time of payment. Requests for airfares with other airlines are available. For flight amendments please make your request when you submit your booking or at the time of a deposit payment. Flights departing outside of Australia are by your own arrangement. Flights ex-Sydney and Perth are with Cathay Pacific and flights ex-Melbourne and Brisbane are with Singapore Airlines.
^ Airport Transfers Airport transfers are provided for a group arrival and a group departure as per the flight quoted with a booking reply. Passengers who opt to travel on other days or on alternative flights must make their own arrangements for flights.

Payment & Booking Details
Early Bird Prices	Applies only to bookings confirmed with a deposit payment by 27 May 2008
Deposit:	A non-refundable deposit amount of $560 per person
Final Payment:	All outstanding monies owning must be paid by 24 July 2008. Bookings after this date are only confirmed with full payment.
Departure Taxes:	Approximately an additional $470+ per person on tour prices
Other Fees:	A fee of $35 applies to room mate match booking requests
Tipping Fund:	There is a compulsory tipping fund of US$65 per person, payable directly to your tour guide on commencement of the tour*
Bookings Close:	Friday 25 July 2008 and are subject to availability.
Payment Methods:	All payments are payable to Travelling Fit, the licensed travel agency managing the bookings. Details for payment are provided when a booking confirmation is sent

* Your tour guide will take care of tipping hotel porters, the tour bus driver and driver assistants, local guides, boat crew, restaurant waiters for meals included in the itinerary and other miscellaneous tips for services while on your tour. The tipping fund does not include a tip for your tour guide and it is customary to tip your tour guide on completion of the tour. You should budget USD$2 per person per day for this tip.
