QUICK FACTS: VIETNAM

Our Holidays for Singles are geared for the single traveller. It’s about the spirit of ‘going solo’ while enjoying a social touring experience. Generally our trips appeal to persons who are single (without partners) but we also welcome the traveller, who although they have a partner, has plans to travel solo.

Touring in Vietnam for single travellers does not pose any significant challenges. Our tours use 3 to 4 star hotels and as you are fully escorted by a local Vietnamese National there should not be any language barriers either.

Climate: The weather in Vietnam can be very diverse. There is no ‘best’ season for travelling to Vietnam although March and December offer the best chance of good weather for tours covering the whole country.

The North has four seasons. Summers (June-August) are warm and winters (December – February) cool. In the mountains, it can even be cold. Rainy season: June to September.

The Centre has a similar climate as the South but is sometimes faced with bad weather due to storms at sea (mid-October to mid-December). This may cause inconvenience to travellers. Rainy season: September to December.

The South has a tropical climate, so it is often hot and humid. Rainy season: May to November (wettest from June to September).
